Having spent over 25 years in corporate life with Philips, since 2000 I have been concentrating on the skills needed in developing companies. In Philips, Management Training and Development was a key priority but many small companies see it as a luxury. In a production line regular maintenance of machines to ensure that they are working at their absolute best, is essential – how much more then should smaller companies whose key asset is their people, invest in regular attention to ensure that all their managers and staff are working at their best. Management and Leadership Coaching is the best way to help everyone in the company give their best performance. Coaching is seen as essential in sport – but it is even more important to mangers running successful companies.
I am still working in the electronics sector as a Business Consultant but so that I can understand the pressures on a small business owner I have started two new companies of my own as an entrepreneur placing me in an ideal position to help other managers and directors improve their leadership through Management and Leadership Coaching.
